Radishes
From Rachel Ray's 30 Minute Meals 2 cookbook
Red Radish Salad
2 tsp sugar
The juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup sour cream
8 radishes, thinly sliced
2 red apples, quartered, cored, and thinly sliced
1/2 large cucumber, seeds removed, thinly sliced
2 tbs chopped fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine sugar, lemon juice, and sour cream in medium bowl. Add
radishes,
apple, cucumber, turning them to coat. Season with dill, salt, and
pepper.
Toss again, and serve.
